Since the start of the war, the Greigiv Village Library has become a volunteer center, organizing events to collect aid for the military. They make amulets, greeting cards, and drawings with children, and send these materials to soldiers on the front line.

The Cherkasy Village Library works to support internally displaced people and encourage volunteering. They raise funds to buy food for the military, cook meals for soldiers, and conduct conversations with refugees.

The Lviv Regional Universal Scientific Library became a volunteer headquarters. Volunteers weave camoflage nets for soldiers. In addition, they create warehouses for medicines, clothes for the military and civilians, shoes, helmets, bulletproof vests, household chemicals, and food for animals.

The Lviv Regional Universal Scientific Library also collected plastic bottle caps, and the money from their sale went to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Librarians sell souvenirs for donations, bake sweet treats in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, weave socks, collect cans for trench candles, and donate money.

At the Novopetrivska Public Library, library staff have become mouthpieces of information to save the lives of other villagers. They help with evacuation, organize humanitarian aid, and help with the resettlement of those who left. In addition, they make nets, trench candles, goodies, and fundraisers to help the military.
